• Assisting fee earners with a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion.
• Preparing and drafting legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
• Conducting searches, preparing reports on title, and managing file administration.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
• Providing excellent client care and maintaining the firm’s strong reputation for quality service.

• Previous experience as a Paralegal in residential property/conveyancing is essential.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
• A proactive and professional attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
