You'll collaborate directly with Financial Planners, contribute to strategy, and see the tangible results of your work with clients. With full flexibility (including part-time options) and support to develop further qualifications, this is your chance to step into a bigger career.

You'll work in a genuinely hybrid setup from one of three Southwest locations, using tools like Intelliflo and building long-term plans that truly impact clients' lives. And because the financial planning team sees paraplanners as strategic partners - not admin support - you'll have full visibility , input and room to grow.

What you'll do

• Work closely with financial planners, shaping strategies and preparing tailored financial reports that help deliver exceptional client outcomes
• Your research and insights will directly influence long-term financial planning solutions, giving you a real voice in the process
• Attend client meetings, offering valuable input on cashflow modelling and product fit, and ensure everything remains compliant across recommendations and reports

What you'll need

• Experience as a paraplanner in a regulated financial services setting
• A strong grasp of financial planning tools and regulatory frameworks
• Diploma in Financial Planning (Advanced Diploma is bonus but support is available)
