As we continue to expand and innovate, we are investing in the digital platforms that power our services - and we are looking for a talented Full‑Stack Developer skilled in Type Script/Node to help drive that transformation.
Why this role mattersAs a Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in building and enhancing/preventing journaliste the systems that keep our business moving - from customer‑facing portals to the internal tools that support claims processing, technician scheduling, service tracking, and insurance workflows.
Your work will directly impact how quickly and smoothly customers receive support, how efficiently our teams operate, and how we continue to raise the bar for service quality across the industry. You will collaborate with product, operations, and customer service teams to turn real‑world challenges into smart, scalable technical solutions that elevate the entire customer journey.
What you will be doing- Leading and contributing to development projects – both independently and within a collaborative team.
- Working with designers to create intuitive, user‑friendly web and app interfaces.
- Transforming ideas into prototypes across both front‑ and back‑end.
- Producing clear technical specifications and maintaining documentation.
- Deploying and supporting live applications used across the business.
- Providing occasional client training and support.
- Continuously developing your skills to meet evolving project needs.
- Supporting and enhancing existing systems as part of ongoing development.
- HTML/CSS/Java Script
- JavaScript frameworks (Node, React, etc.)
- Linux and Docker
- Oracle and Couch

- Version control (Git / SVN)
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Strong prioritisation skills, especially under tight deadlines.
- Genuine enthusiasm for technology and continuous improvement.
- Experience working with APIs
- Ability to switch focus quickly to meet project demands
- High‑quality output within a project management framework
- Clear communication and organisation
