We are on the lookout for a driven Deputy Manager who can inspire and empower their team to create outstanding guest experiences  you love motivating others, driving performance, and making a real impact, we d love to chat.

• Provide clear guidance, encouragement, and support to help the team grow.
• Support the General Manager and work together to create and deliver our vision
• Maintain consistency in standards and procedures
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment where guests feel comfortable and valued.

Each pub has its own story, character, and loyal locals, but they all share the same welcoming spirit. Whether it’s top-notch sports screenings, quiz nights, or DJs keeping the party going, there’s always something happening. At most of our pubs, you’ll find proper pub grub – with big, juicy burgers and classic fish and chips being firm favourites. And when it comes to pouring a cracking pint, we’ve got it nailed.

We serve up real value, a great atmosphere, and a pub experience that’s worth every penny. Yates Weston-super-Mare is on the main road from the beach to the town centre. With ample viewing on all our flat screen TVs as well as a huge projector screen, we are easily the best place to watch all the games in comfort. We have Sky Sports and BT Sport.

We are also a great place for a night out, with something for everyone, with the best DJ and lighting  are the busiest bar in town until late. We pride ourselves on delivering a top-class range of drinks, an excellent value food offer, and creating that all-day-long atmosphere.
