What we are looking for in you

We are seeking 2 dedicated and passionate individuals with hospitality experience at our Beach Hotel in Weston‑Super‑Mare. You will be passionate about providing a high‑quality service, keeping guest rooms and other areas of our hotel clean and sparkling. We strive to offer guests and customers an excellent experience. You will be passionate about showing off what we are about and what we have to offer.

As a Senior General Assistant, you will support the team of apprentices to develop and learn the operations of a seaside hotel, ensuring high standards and positive guest experiences. You will be able to guide and support the team with your experience and knowledge of hospitality, whilst also being able to adapt to support in each area of the hotel's operations.

There are 2 part‑time positions available for this post.
