Senior Carer

Overview

Here at St Georges, our household model delivers person‑centred care with a focus on homely activities, life skills and maintaining independence. Our teams work closely together with our residents and we are now looking for a small number of Carers to work in our household teams.

We are looking to welcome an experienced Senior Care Assistant to our team on a 42 hour a week schedule. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

• Act as a Care Partner (what we call our seniors), role model standards of care and support a small team of carers within one of our 15‑beded households.
• Deliver outstanding, person‑centred care.

• Experience as a senior in residential and nursing care.
• Committed to delivering outstanding, person‑centred care.

Your schedule will include daytime shifts, including alternate weekends, as we value your work‑life balance and that of your colleagues.

Pay £14.45 per hour.
