Here at Long-Term Teachers, we are currently seeking a KS1 Teacher to join a Primary School in Weston-Super-Mare on a Full-Time basis for the summer terms. As part of a large Academy Trust, this school is passionate about each individual child shining brightly and achieving their full potential. This school holds a strong behaviour management policy, and the staff work hard to bring a creative but encouraging learning environment to the children.

The Role We are seeking a full-time Qualified Teacher, someone with experience within KS1 or EYFS. You will be working collaboratively with the class to deliver pre-planned lessons and support with assessment of children's development. The Head Teacher is looking for an organised, passionate and enthusiastic candidate who can bring a positive and creative approach to teaching. Experienced or Newly Qualified Teachers are welcome to apply to this post.

You will be expected to:

• Have exceptional knowledge of the KS1 curriculum.
• Have a great knowledge of the phonics programme.
• Bring a positive environment to students learning.
• Work collaboratively with other KS1 teachers.
• Mark and assess children's development and challenge them further.
