Play & Wellbeing Supervisor – Lunchtime, Part-Time

2 Positions available. Permanent, part-time (5 hours per week). Salary: £2,821 (actual). Additional company benefits apply.

The Priory Learning Trust is recruiting two Lunchtime Supervisors for our Speech & Language Base at Castle Batch Primary School Academy in Worle. The role runs Monday to Friday, 12:10–13:10, five days a week.

• Oversee children at lunchtime and lead play activities.
• Listen to children and encourage their play while maintaining discipline in the playground.
• Promote student well‑being by encouraging good relationships, self‑reliance and self‑esteem.
• Help children practice good standards of personal health and hygiene.

• Good interpersonal skills with both adults and children.
• Understanding of the developmental needs of children.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• First Aid qualification desirable but not essential.
• Experience of working with children desirable but not essential.
