We are looking for experienced, Level 3 qualified professionals to join our "GOOD" Ofsted-rated homes in Weston-super-Mare.

You will provide stability and care for young people (ages 8-18) who have experienced trauma, helping them build the self-confidence needed to make positive life choices.

  Includes sleep-in payments of £60 per night.

• Safeguarding young people and maintaining a safe, calm living environment.
• Leading shifts and taking a lead role in incident response.
• Acting as a Keyworker to provide dedicated support to specific young people.
• Building positive relationships with families and external professionals.
• Ensuring the home adheres to all current legislation and Ofsted standards.

• Age :
  Must be 23 years or older (Required by Children’s Homes Regulations).
• License : A valid UK driving licence is essential.
• Qualification :
  Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• Note :
  If you are not yet qualified but have relevant experience, we still encourage you to apply for a Support Worker position.
• Availability :
  Must be able to work 37.5 hours per week on a rota that includes overnights, weekends, and Bank Holidays.

Successful candidates will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check and must provide two satisfactory references (one from a current employer).
