A friendly pre-school in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Level 3 Qualified Deputy Manager. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about early years education. Responsibilities include supporting children’s learning through play and creating a nurturing environment. The role is part-time (3 days a week) with the possibility to increase to 5 days from September 2026. Applicants should have strong communication skills and a commitment to safeguarding practices.
Training will be provided once in post.
