• Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
• Recent experience as a Nursery Practitioner in an early years setting.
• Sound understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding responsibilities

• Ability to manage daily routines with consistency and care.

• Provide nurturing, attentive care that supports children’s learning and confidence.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS.
• Observe, record, and contribute to children’s development and next steps.
• Maintain safeguarding, health, and safety standards throughout the nursery.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistency across the day.
