Room Leader (Level 3 Qualified) – £29,500

This nursery offers a calm, light-filled setting where children move freely between indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the day. Practice focuses on providing a nurturing, challenging, and enjoyable learning environment that helps children grow in confidence at their own pace. As Room Leader, you will lead a team within the room, supporting high-quality practice and ensuring consistent routines and care.

Before You Apply

What You’ll Need
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
  • Recent experience as a Room Leader, Senior Practitioner, or similar role in an early years setting
  • Sound understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding responsibilities
  • Ability to manage daily routines and support staff consistently and calmly
What You’ll Do
  • Lead the day-to-day running of your room, supporting staff and maintaining routines
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS
  • Observe, record, and support children’s development and next steps
  • Maintain safeguarding, health, and safety standards throughout the room
  • Support and mentor practitioners to ensure consistent, high-quality practice
