• Conduct assessments of foster carers, kinship carers, and private fostering arrangements
• Provide regular supervision, guidance, and support to carers
• Assist with securing additional support services, including the Adoption Support Fund
• Ensure that children’s views and needs are central to all planning and decision-making
• Review and monitor support plans to promote continuous improvement
• Contribute to safeguarding practices using evidence-based approaches
• Work in partnership with multi-disciplinary teams to support children in care proceedings
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and relevant training
