With a reputation for delivering exceptional service, they are now expanding their team and seeking a driven Business Development Manager to help grow their portfolio and maintain long-term relationships with landlords.
Role OverviewThis is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join an experienced and dynamic lettings team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth, generating new landlord leads, and ensuring a high standard of service. Key Responsibilities- Generate, arrange, and carry out property valuations, bringing properties to market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords to secure new business
- Identify and implement strategies to expand the lettings portfolio
- Ensure office systems and service standards are maintained
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
- Work closely with the Head of New Business to identify opportunities
- Train, support, and develop team members as the business grows
- Stay up to date with property legislation and compliance procedures
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a lettings or estate agency environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team
- Experience in negotiating, valuing, and business development
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and personable approach
- Ability to build long‑term relationships and generate new business
- ARLA qualification or willingness to work towards it (funding provided)
- Full UK driving licence required
- Basic Salary: £30,000 with a realistic OTE of £35,000+ (Uncapped Pooled Commission)
- 25 days annual leave PLUS bank holidays (increases after 3 & 6 years)
