Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Operate a front desk post by greeting and directing visitors, verifying identification, issuing and collecting visitor credentials, and managing sign-in and/or access requests per site policy;
Monitor access control systems, cameras, alarms, radios, and/or phones; report unusual activity and escalate concerns according to post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site contacts and emergency services when needed;
Prepare complete reports and logs, document incidents and service requests, and communicate shift handoff information to support continuous security-related coverage at a technology-focused location
