Job Description:The Full Cycle Biller will be responsible for managing the complete revenue cycle for assigned clients, from charge review through final reimbursement. This role requires a strong understanding of professional fee billing, proactive A/R management, and the ability to communicate effectively with providers, payers, and patients. While there is support from customer service teams, this position does involve direct interaction with physicians and patients as needed.
This is a fully onsite, direct-hire opportunity for someone who takes ownership of their work, values accuracy, and enjoys being challenged in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Oversee end-to-end billing processes, including charge review, coding validation, claim submission, payment posting, and follow-up
- Actively manage accounts receivable by monitoring unpaid or underpaid claims and resolving issues efficiently
- Investigate denials, identify trends, and prepare appeals to ensure maximum reimbursement
- Partner with providers and clinical teams to resolve documentation or coding questions
- Communicate directly with insurance carriers to research claim status and payment discrepancies
- Maintain compliance with payer rules, Medicare guidelines, and HIPAA regulations
- Document claim activity accurately within EHR and practice management systems
- Prepare reports and analysis to track billing performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Provide timely responses to inquiries from internal teams, providers, and patients regarding billing or claim status
