We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join one of our client teams. Our Financial Analyst is a collaborative team member supporting core business analysis and metrics for the account. • Preparation and analysis of variance reports that clearly communicate actuals vs budget/forecast differences, highlighting both favourable and unfavourable variances
• Annual Budget and Quarterly Forecast preparation and review
• Partner with operation teams to understand their strategic goals and provide financial guidance
• Support team’s efforts to develop efficient reporting strategies including worksheet automation and simplification of reporting processes
• Maintain working knowledge of Master Services Agreement and any relevant amendments
• Support cost‑savings and process improvement initiatives
• Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.
• Special projects and other functions as required by manager

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 4 years of related work experience
• Strong accounting skills
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Advanced Excel experience is a plus (pivot tables, lookups, VBA/Macros)
• Proficiency in computer‑based accounting applications; experience with JD Edwards platforms a plus
• Strong analytical, organisational, and coordination skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills to internal and external parties
• Demonstrated consistency in values, principles and work ethic
• Understanding of and commitment to client service
• A desire to work within a fast‑paced, diverse, collaborative, and driven team environment
