** Responsibilities*
* + Write accurate, high-quality repair estimates aligned with company goals

+ Educate customers on repair timelines, insurance processes, and safety procedures

+ Guide customers through their repair experience with professionalism and care

+ Help Crash Champions maintain top-tier DRP relationships and performance metrics

+ Support total loss administration and customer communication

+ Engage in continuous learning with support from your mentor and team

+ Track your progress weekly and advance through program stages at a steady pace
