As a Summer Camp Master Teacher, you’ll embark on an exciting daily journey of creativity and engagement. Each day, from 7 AM to 3 PM Monday through Thursday, and 7 AM to 12 PM on Friday, you’ll lead dynamic activities that spark curiosity and learning among your campers. You’ll plan and implement fun lesson plans, fostering an atmosphere of safety and exploration.

Collaborate with fellow educators to problem-solve and adapt activities to meet campers’ needs, ensuring every child feels valued and included. You’ll also participate in daily meetings to share ideas and strategies, maintaining a customer-centric approach to enhance the camp experience. Expect to be hands-on, guiding teams through games, arts and crafts, and outdoor adventures that cultivate empathy and teamwork while having a blast!
