Job Title: Vehicle & Lot Coordinator
Job Category: Full-time, Hourly position
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Position OverviewFR Conversions is seeking a dependable and highly organized Vehicle & Lot Coordinator to oversee the movement, tracking, and management of vehicle inventory at our Westminster facility.
This is a hands‑on, operationally critical role. The Vehicle & Lot Coordinator is responsible for maintaining control of high‑value vehicle inventory, supporting production flow, and ensuring shipment accuracy. Success in this position requires both physical stamina and strong attention to detail.
This role is well‑suited for someone who takes pride in staying organized, notices the small things others might miss, and prefers steady, consistent work with clear ownership. The right individual is self‑motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities Vehicle Inventory & Lot Management- Maintain organized, accurate, and clearly designated vehicle lot layout.
- Coordinate and track incoming chassis deliveries.
- Receive vehicles into the inventory system with accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct regular vehicle audits and inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor lot condition, safety, and traffic flow.
- Shuttle vehicles safely between production, maintenance, inspection, and staging areas.
- Coordinate vehicle movement to off‑site vendors or maintenance facilities when required.
- Support production scheduling needs by ensuring correct vehicle placement and availability.
- Prepare completed vehicles for shipment or customer pickup.
- Perform pre‑shipment checks for damage, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
- Supervise transportation carrier pickups and verify proper documentation.
- Ensure vehicles are secured and staged according to shipping schedules.
- Identify and report vehicle damage or discrepancies immediately.
- Verify proper operation of basic vehicle systems prior to movement or shipment.
- Communicate discrepancies promptly to Quality, Production, or Management teams.
- Takes ownership of responsibilities and follows through without needing reminders.
- Notices small details and understands that small oversights can create large downstream issues.
- Maintains organization in a fast‑moving environment.
- Works steadily and stays productive throughout the day.
- Is comfortable working both independently and cross‑functionally.
- Understands the value of consistency and accountability.

This is a full‑time, hourly position. Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
All salary and compensation packages at FR Conversions are subject to applicable labor laws, FR Conversions standard company policies, and payroll regulations including taxes and with holdings.

Qualifications- Prior experience in vehicle inventory coordination, lot management, dealership operations, fleet logistics, or similar automotive environments preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Comfortable driving multiple vehicle types, including vans and specialty vehicles.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Professional communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to frequently enter and exit vehicles.
- Ability to walk extended periods across the facility lot.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions outdoors.
