We re looking for a motivated and reliable HVAC Install Apprentice to join our growing team and to further learn the trade from some of the best in the business.

As an HVAC Install Apprentice, you ll assist in the installation of heating and cooling systems under the supervision of experienced technicians. This position is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys working with their hands, and is eager to grow in the HVAC trade.

• Assist with installing HVAC systems in residential and/or commercial settings
• Carry tools and materials to and from job sites
• Help prepare installation sites and clean up afterward
• Learn how to read blueprints and installation instructions
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
• Provide support to lead installers and learn through on-the-job training

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 100-150 pounds and work in various weather conditions
• Willingness to learn and take direction, and work as part of a team
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and positive attitude
• Able to set an outdoor unit
• Rough-in experience
• Ability to run a line set
• Ability to wire indoor and outdoor unit or wiring experience preferred

• Technical school or HVAC training or equivalent
• Basic hand tool knowledge
• Prior construction or mechanical experience
• Ownership of basic hand tools
