• The starting base compensation for this position is $17.18 to $21.97 hourly. Pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other factors as permitted by law.
• Eligible to earn incentive pay, with an average payout of $162.00 – $389.00 per month.
• Store hours:
  Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM;
  Saturday, 9 AM to 1 PM – 37.5‑hour work week.
• No Sundays.
• Full‑time Retail Associates can accrue up to three weeks of paid time off during the first year.

• Consistently up‑sell and cross‑sell AAA products such as new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.
• Assist members in planning domestic travel vacations, including car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books, and triptiks.
• Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak volumes, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Serve as backup by assisting in the functions of Cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services if applicable.

• Previous sales and customer service experience with an ability to drive results and exceed expectations.
• Effective written and oral communication skills, essential for engaging customers and articulating the value of AAA memberships.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple websites and programs, demonstrating computer skills essential for multitasking in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment.
• Basic geography knowledge is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Satisfactory pre‑employment and post‑employment screening results (criminal, drug, and state or vendor‑specific screenings). May include obtaining Membership license or others as required for essential functions.
