The starting hourly rate is $17.25 USD per hour. The pay range is $17.25 USD – $25.90 USD per hour.

- Execute daily tasks to support business priorities: receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
- If certified, operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures.
- Execute processes including changing prices, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed by leadership.
- Learn how procedures such as set-up and organization of merchandise, stock management, and sales floor maintenance affect inventory, store profitability, and product availability.
- Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services available in the total store and your area to solve issues and improve guest experience.
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking/packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while adhering to laws (e.g., alcohol laws).
- All other duties based on business needs.

- Move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance.
- Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance required.
- Exposure to varying temperatures and elements while performing duties.
- Shift length may vary and you may need to remain mobile during shift.
