Job DescriptionThe HVAC Specialist conducts pre‑build inspections and assembles HVAC units for rail cars, following drawing specifications, using hand, pneumatic, and power tools.
Essential Functions- Maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment and ensure compliance with company rules and policies.
- Comply with quality, product safety, and HSE rules, guidelines and regulations; be energy conscious where applicable.
- Understand and comply with applicable standards (ISO 9001, ISO 22163, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, AAR, CMMI).

High School Diploma / GED
Required ExperienceSitting, standing, walking, alternate sitting or standing at will, crouching, pushing or pulling, kneeling, lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs.
Compensation and BenefitsThe hourly wage in Westminster, Maryland is $22.65, subject to experience and qualifications.
