• Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatments, and coordinate referrals to additional services.
• Use evidence-based therapies, including motivational interviewing for co-occurring disorders.
• Flexible scheduling options.
• Complete documentation in a timely manner to meet program standards.
• Participate in weekly supervision, staff meetings, and trainings to improve clinical skills and be part of our multidisciplinary teams.
• Paid mandatory trainings and staff meetings.
• Ability to make extra income by volunteering for on-call duties.

• Must be licensed in Maryland as one of the following:
• Licensed Certified Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C)
• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
• Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC)
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

This is a W2 fee-for-service position. During the first 90 days, compensation will be paid at a flat rate, after which it will transition to the standard fee-for-service payment structure.

• LCSW-C & LCPC licensed therapists can expect a salaried rate of $54,588 annually in the first 90 days. After 90 days, $64.77 for diagnostic assessments and $51.07 for 45-minute follow-up appointments.
• LMSW & LGPC licensed therapists can expect to earn $45,030.38 annually in the first 90 days. After 90 days, $52.51 for diagnostic assessments and $42.17 for 45-minute follow-up appointments.
• Pay is determined by factors including license type, years of experience, and level of related practice.
