• conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• monitor progress, adjust treatments, and coordinate referrals to additional services.
• use evidence-based therapies, including motivational interviewing for co-occurring disorders.

• must be licensed in maryland as a:
  • licensed certified social worker – clinical (lcsw-c)
  • licensed masters social worker (lmsw)
  • licensed graduate professional counselor (lgpc)

• w2 fee-for-service position. During the first 90 days, compensation is paid at a flat rate, after which it transitions to a fee-for-service structure.
• lcsw-c & lcpc licensed therapists receive a salaried rate of $54,588 annually for the first 90 days, then $64.77 for diagnostic assessments and $51.07 for 45‑minute follow‑up appointments.
• lmsw & lgpc licensed therapists receive $45,030.38 annually for the first 90 days, then $52.51 for diagnostic assessments and $42.17 for 45‑minute follow‑up appointments.
• pay is determined by license type, years of experience, and related experience.
