The successful candidate will be a visible, approachable, and trustworthy leader with excellent listening and communication skills
, capable of building strong relationships with residents, families, and staff across all departments on campus.
- Active Maryland Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in good standing
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or Assistant NHA in a SNF setting
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with all departments
, with a strong focus on quality outcomes - Excellent customer service skills
; comfortable interacting with residents, families, and staff at all levels - Impressive tenure with previous employers demonstrating stability and commitment
- Documented, measurable accomplishments in leadership, quality, and operational performance
