As our full-time Customer Service Coordinator - Service Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for scheduling service calls, optimizing routes, and ensuring our technicians stay on track. You'll answer customer calls with professionalism, resolve inquiries, and schedule appointments-all while keeping detailed records and assisting with technician performance tracking. Your ability to coordinate schedules, solve problems, and deliver excellent customer service will be essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills

• Knowledge of basic electrical and HVAC terminology
