Your Day

As our full-time Dispatcher - Customer Service Representative, your day starts with coordinating technician schedules, optimizing routes, and responding to customer calls with professionalism and care. You'll be the voice our customers trust and the planner our technicians rely on. From tracking job progress to updating the CRM system and assisting with performance reports, your role ensures every job runs smoothly and every customer feels supported.

Requirements
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Proficiency with CSM systems
  • Knowledge of basic electrical and HVAC terminology
  • Ability to handle high call volume while maintaining accuracy
