Turnover Coordinator

Join Our Team at Carroll Lutheran Village! We’re currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Turnover Coordinator to become part of our caring and mission-driven community. This position is five days a week, 8:00 am–4:00 pm, and the coordinator will work as an integral part of our Facilities team, coordinating and managing all aspects of unit renovation projects for our older adult residents.

• Walk open units and complete a “punch” list to determine scope of work.
• Direct the turnover team through the duration of the turnover process.
• Walk renovated units and complete the final walkthrough checklist.
• Propose and review the scope of work for each unit.
• Meet with prospective residents to establish apartment selections, scope custom home modifications, and manage resident expectations regarding timelines, costs, and written acceptance of specifications.
• Ensure scope of work is completed on budget and on schedule.
• Interface with vendors and contractors to coordinate scope, schedules, and pricing.
• Prepare and submit turnover acquisition request forms with supporting documentation.
• Create addendums for each acquisition when scope changes.
• Order appliances and other items not supplied by on‑site contractors.
• Lead weekly turnover meetings and provide status updates of all units on the tracking report.
• Manage quality control of contractor and team work in each unit.
• Ensure safe work practices and fire‑code compliance throughout the renovation process.
• Perform general duties as required by Facilities Management with minimal supervision.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all personnel matters.

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• At least three years of project management experience, especially in construction or renovation projects.
• Working knowledge of rules and regulations governing long‑term care operational standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn customized software programs.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
