Trades ​/ Skilled Labor Technician, Field​/Service Technician

Overview

Reed Restaurant Repair is looking for a Refrigeration Service Technician. $28-$45+ per hour (based on experience). Full-Time | Commercial Refrigeration HVAC-R Hot Side. EPA certification is required. COLORADO LOCATION - Must Live in COLORADO.

We service restaurants and commercial kitchens, including:

• Walk-in coolers & freezers
• Reach-in refrigeration
• Ice machines
• HVAC & rooftop units
• Hot-side equipment (ovens, fryers, grills, make-up air, etc.)

This is real field work — not ride-alongs forever and not sink-or-swim either. You ll have backup from senior techs and a strong office team while you build confidence and range.

• At least 1 year working as a technician (residential or commercial)
• EPA certified
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable troubleshooting
• Own basic hand tools
• Comfortable working in restaurants and on rooftops
• Reliable, steady, and willing to learn
• Clean driving record and able to pass a background check

• Service and maintain refrigeration and kitchen equipment
• Diagnose common issues and make quality repairs
• Communicate clearly with customers on site
• Document work and photos through our mobile app
• Keep your van and tools in good shape
• Ask questions and work with experienced techs when needed

• $28-$45+ per hour, depending on experience and performance
• $70,000-$110,000+ yearly potential with OT and bonuses
