This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Westminster, CO. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial clients. Daily tasks include diagnosing equipment issues, conducting preventative maintenance, performing system upgrades, and ensuring all work complies with safety and industry standards. The role requires collaboration with team members, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate service records.
Qualifications- Proficiency in HVAC system installation, repair, and maintenance
- Knowledge of control systems, diagnostics, and energy‑saving technologies
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and safe work practices
- Effective communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- HVAC certification or relevant technical training required; EPA certification preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC systems is preferred
