Chemical Inventory Technician Daily Tasks:

• Maintain and replenish chemical and material inventory at customer sites and warehouses.
• Handle chemicals safely, including performing sampling, tank additions, and spill response while using required PPE.
• Operate material-handling equipment (pallet jacks, drum dollies, forklifts) when trained and certified.
• Communicate with customers and on-site leadership to address inventory, quality, and production needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA, EPA, DOT, RCRA) and follow all site procedures.

Chemical Inventory Technician Qualifications/Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED required; HAZWOPER 40-hour certification required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in inventory, material handling, or production; chemical compatibility experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; able to serve as a reliable on-site company representative.
• Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA, EPA, DOT, RCRA) and ability to consistently use PPE; flexible with travel and schedule changes.
