Salary range $75,000 - $100,000 annually plus commission with OTE between $125-150K, no cap.

Job Summary:

Professional Security Alliance, Inc. dba PSA, The PSA Network, and Edge located in Westminster, Colorado, is the world’s largest systems integrator consortium. We are currently seeking a dynamic candidate for the role of Regional Sales Manager – West Region. This role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day sales for 7 U.S. states & 1 Canadian province. The region has an established book of business that this position will work to nourish and expand.

This position requires the ability to work cross-functionally with other departments, travel, and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment. This position will be based in the Western territory. This hands-on position is perfect for someone who wants to develop this role by taking ownership and driving revenue.

Essential Functions
  • Manage all functions of customer relations as it relates to sales for assigned region.
  • Manage all facets of the relationships with new and existing membership to grow their business.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Work with members companies to convert them to owner status.
  • Develop and execute annual sales plan to increase business with membership in the territory.
  • Work with Inside Sales & Customer Success team to onboard new membership & increase sales.
  • Work with PSA tech partners & solutions providers to grow their business with membership.
  • Promote all products, services & strategies offered by PSA to all membership in the territory.
  • Travel to visit PSA membership, PSA events, trade shows, etc., as directed by VP of Sales.
  • Communicating with clients and gathering information about a project’s scope, budgets and timelines.
  • Meeting with inside sales account executive to discuss clients’ goals, progress and outcomes.
  • Providing pricing / quotes for clients.
  • Reporting and recording all sales activities in a CRM system.
  • Qualifying inbound requests for quotes and following-up on opportunities.
  • Organizing regular client meetings to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Holding virtual demonstrations with technology partners with an end goal of educating our customers.
  • Collaborating with decision makers to identify opportunities and develop ideas that deliver sales results.
  • Uncovering and understanding a customer’s needs.
  • Outbound phone calls to existing customer base and newly acquired customers.
  • Become technically knowledgeable regarding technology partners that PSA represents.
  • Identify key target accounts to increase sales to represented vendors.
  • Work with the PSA team to increase sales to membership.
  • Attending all company and sales department meetings as requested.
  • Other duties as assigned.
