We are looking for an experienced Michelin star, fine dining Restaurant Manager to lead a small team at a beautiful, refined Michelin Star restaurant located in Fitzrovia, London. With elevated, traditional flavours from the heart of West Africa, this restaurant offers an immersive experience that extends beyond its cuisine. The Company

An independent Michelin-starred West African fine-dining restaurant located in Fitzrovia, London. Under Executive Chef direction, they offer inventive tasting menus that fuse tradition and innovation - highlighting live-fire techniques, umami-rich layers, and bold spice using seasonal British produce and African flavours. Set within a warm, art-laden environment inspired by West African aesthetics, every detail - from bespoke ceramics to an open-kitchen layout it is thoughtfully curated to deliver a truly immersive culinary journey.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who’s has the following skills and experience:

  • A minimum of two years experience in a fine dining restaurant
  • Ideally Michelin or Rosette experience at management level
  • Ideally WSET level 2, or have high level wine pairing experience
  • Experience in leading and training a team on tasting menu process and guest interactions
  • Thrive in a fast-paced restaurant and have an eye for detail.
  • Must have been Restaurant Manager or similar for at least two year.
  • Manage VIP guests.
  • Pre-service meetings, rotas and budget.
  • A passion for fine dining and guest satisfaction.
  • Strong communication skills and a polished approach.
  • Can do attitude and a strong lead.
