This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Broker, located in Westminster, CO. The Associate Broker will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing personalized and professional real estate services. Responsibilities include conducting market research, listing and showing properties, negotiating contracts, and building strong client relationships. The Associate Broker will also collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.

• Strong understanding of real estate market trends, sales techniques, and property management
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to perform market analysis and close transactions
• Proficiency in real estate software, administrative tasks, and maintaining client records
• Proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with the Westminster, CO real estate market is a plus
• Experience with customer relationship management tools is an advantage
