Pay

Pay range: $23.00 - $26.00 an hour

• Full-Time – $2,000.00 paid at 90 days (about 3 months) of employment. Must have worked an average of 30 hours a week in the prior 90 days.
• Part-Time – $1,000.00 paid at 90 days (about 3 months) of employment. Must have worked an average of 20 hours a week in the prior 90 days.

• Full-Time: 30 hours or more per week.
• Part-Time: 29 hours or less per week.
• Nights.

We are seeking motivated LPNs with experience in Pediatric Home Health to join our team in Westminster for a Pediatric Male with Gtube and O2.

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
• Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor patient’s condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records using a web-based electronic medical records system.

• Active LPN License.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Valid Driver’s License and Vehicle Insurance.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
