PASCO is seeking a compassionate RN to provide personalized, one-on-one care for a male client in his early 20s in Westminster. The client requires respiratory and GB cares. The position can be part or full-time, with shifts on any consecutive days Monday-Friday, either 10-hour (8pm-6am) or 12-hour (8pm-8am) shifts. The client has two hypoallergenic dogs; candidates must be comfortable with this.

Position: Private Duty Nurse (PDN)

Purpose: Provide direct overnight nursing care, client education, documentation, and supervision of other care providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled nursing care per physician orders and standards.
• Conduct assessments, support care goals, and adapt plans.
• Build relationships with clients and support systems.
• Coordinate with the care team and maintain accurate documentation.
• Report health changes and participate in case conferences.
• Supervise other care providers and educate clients and caregivers.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, policies, and regulations.
• Attend meetings and maintain reliable transportation with a valid Colorado driver’s license and insurance.

Requirements:

• 1-3+ years of in-home PDN experience preferred.
• Home health experience highly preferred.
• Active Colorado RN license and CPR certification.
• Knowledge of state and federal care regulations, client assessment, and effective communication skills.
• Ability to operate a computer and use EHR systems.
• Physical ability to assist with mobility and transfers, with exertion up to 50 pounds.
