** Key Exciting Responsibilities:
*** Serve as the frontline ambassador for Corporate IS, delivering world-class desktop support and hardware deployment for both onsite and remote users.
* Master a diverse tech stack by troubleshooting high-end Dell and Apple hardware, mobile devices, and integrated conference room systems.
* Collaborate across a cohesive global IS network to resolve complex technical challenges and ensure office-wide operational efficiency.
* Take ownership of the service lifecycle, from proactive inventory control and process improvement to participating in strategic IT projects.
* Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable solutions for a diverse community of users.
** Essential

Skills & Experience:

*** 2-3 years of related experience in an IT support or help desk environment.
* Proven expertise in troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems (iOS/Android).
* Strong proficiency in ITSM systems for ticket lifecycle management and technical documentation.
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on patience, professionalism, and customer-centricity.
* Solid foundation in basic network troubleshooting and hardware maintenance (printers, peripherals, etc.).
** Bonus Points For:
*** Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL.
* Direct experience supporting Google Workspace in an enterprise environment.
* Familiarity with Linux deployment and troubleshooting tools.
