Overview
Akkodis is seeking a Technical Customer Support for a Contract with a client in Westminster, CO (Remote). The ideal candidate is skilled in handling high volumes of email and phone requests, managing backlogs, and resolving accounts, subscription, and technical issues while meeting SLA targets.
Rate Range: $23/hour to $24.64/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner across phone, email, chat, and queue channels to understand and resolve technical and account-related issues.
- Manage and respond to high volumes of customer requests daily while meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs).
- Assist customers with account and subscription management, including billing, invoicing, entitlement management, refunds, downloads, and installations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues such as application crashes, extension errors, and product defects, and escalate cases appropriately using internal knowledge resources.
- Maintain accurate and detailed case documentation, recording customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for all support channels.
- Proactively manage case queues and backlogs by prioritizing aging requests, applying knowledge base content, and adhering to established communication and incident protocols.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Customer Support, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support or technical support, preferably in a SaaS or software-based environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts in plain language across phone, email, and chat.
- Experience supporting account management, billing, subscriptions, and technical troubleshooting, with the ability to manage high-volume queues while meeting SLA targets.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.64 per hour
