Requirements
Must have:- 2+ years experience in an IT support role or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year of experience at a Managed Services Provider (MSP)
- Proficiency in installing, configuring, and connecting Windows 10 and 11 Professional workstations to a Windows Domain
- Familiarity with Windows Server 2016 through 2025 for regular maintenance and support
- Skill in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues for computer workstations, printers, VoIP phones, and networking (wired/wireless)
- Ability to replace fundamental computer components such as power supplies, memory, and keyboards
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting methods
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Comprehensive knowledge of cloud-based collaboration tools like Google Workspace and Office 365
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to build productive relationships with colleagues and vendors
- Comfortable engaging in-person and via phone with stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Capability to handle multiple requests at once - Skill to prioritize tasks effectively
- Reliable transportation available
Responsibilities:
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues for workstations and servers
- Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of network-related problems under guidance
- Provide support to end users, both remotely and in-office, through direct interaction via face-to-face, phone, or email
- Help users navigate Microsoft Office applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Support users with cloud applications such as G‑Suite and Office 365
- Manage user accounts and security group policies within Windows Domain/Azure Active Directory environments as needed
