Talent Manager, Recruiter

Loenbro, LLC, a leading construction services provider, is seeking a dynamic and experienced talent professional to join our team as a Recruiting Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high volume results within the construction industry.
This position involves hands on recruiting and leading a small team of recruiters to support technical, craft, and leadership roles across the organization. The successful candidate will have executive presence that involves effective communication, daily reporting, and delivering results in a highly ambiguous environment with tight deadlines.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 10+ years of combined experience in high volume hiring and leading a team of recruiters. Proven experience in the construction industry is highly preferred.
- Expertise with various applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. Experience with Greenhouse ATS and Linked In Recruiter is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is required. Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred (native or fluent).
- Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Job Postings and Advertising:
- Create compelling job descriptions and post openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and industry-specific channels.
- Develop and implement targeted recruitment advertising campaigns.
- Candidate Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates, keeping them engaged and informed.
- Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Prepare interview materials and assist in the evaluation of candidates.
- Onboarding Support:
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide support in the orientation and integration of new employees.

Colorado Pay Range: $120,000 USD - $140,000 USD
