Position: Dietary Aide Full Time

Job Summary

Dietary Aide Full Time at Covenant Living of Colorado
. Responsible for preparing and delivering healthy meals and ensuring patients receive appropriate nutrition based on dietary plans. Works closely with Dietitians, chefs, and medical staff.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, hospitality duties, and meal service under the guidance of a Chef or Dietitian.
• Deliver dishes and trays at scheduled times and locations.
• Set up and clear dining areas, maintaining cleanliness and order (including dish, tray, trash, and leftover removal).
• Follow sanitation guidelines, federal/state regulations, and Senior Living/Healthcare requirements; maintain cleanliness of prep items.

• Follow cleaning schedules and perform cleaning duties as scheduled or needed.
• Provide customer service and hospitality during nutrition delivery.

Education and Work Experience

Required Degree: High school diploma.

Certificates:
Current Food Handler’s Permit required;
Serv Safe training beneficial.

Experience: Desired one (1) year of food service experience, including serving/wait快三Tables, cleaning and kitchen sanitation protocols, and basic food/meal prep preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Effective communication (verbal and written

Affine in English with residents and staff, ability to read and bestand instructions and follow safety practices, cordial and congenial with residents, dependability detail oriented, organized. Work within policy, procedures with limited supervision, handle various tasks and functions, calm in emergencies, patience compassion to seniors, consider comfort safety security belongings, set priorities, manage time, maintain neat work area, well groomed, dress code compliance, knowledge of food safety sanitization and principles, work with all people.

Physical Requirements

• May lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent stooping, bending, climbing, reaching, pulling/pushing, walking and/or standing.
• May stand, sit, twist, bend, squat, kneel or crouch as required.
• Must possess adequate sight and hearing.

Compensation

Pay range: $18.07 - $21.71 per hour.
