Our primary focus is negotiating and resolving tax debt, with most cases involving liabilities from unpaid IRS payroll taxes. We are committed to assisting taxpayers in addressing and resolving outstanding IRS tax obligations. With our expertise, we help clients navigate complex tax situations and achieve resolutions efficiently.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Westminster, CO, for a Tax Resolution Para. The responsibilities include working closely with Enrolled Agents to manage client cases, gathering and organizing necessary documentation, preparing and submitting tax resolution proposals, and maintaining clear client communications. The role involves conducting research, liaising with the IRS on behalf of clients, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of submitted documents.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills to handle client documentation and manage case files efficiently
• Knowledge of tax resolution processes and IRS procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and collaborating with a team
• Ability to conduct detailed research and compile information accurately
• Proficiency with computer systems and software
• Capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail and meeting deadlines
• Prior experience in tax resolution, legal administration, or a related field is a significant advantage
