The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for developing high‑quality mechanical system designs for in‑house design‑build projects. Work spans conceptual design, system selection, load calculations, energy analysis, equipment sizing, code review, engineering documentation, and constructability support.

Engineers partner closely with preconstruction managers, project managers, CAD specialists, and field teams.
