* Work with on-site printed circuit lab assisting in the fabrication of PWBs ranging from low-TRL prototypes to high-MRL production support, including trouble shooting PCB manufacturing challenges.
* Review engineering drawings and provide feedback to designers on materials selection, producibility, and process specifications related to PWBs.
* Train designers and engineers to ensure PWB design is manufacturable to industry circuit board design standards.
* Represent BAE Systems Inc., Space & Mission Systems and customer organizations (e.g. manufacturing, project, systems engineering, mission assurance, production, integration and test, supply chain, etc.) in the implementation of M&P program requirements for PWBs.
* Direct flow down program M&P requirements to subcontractors and vendors and verify that those requirements are met.
