The Trimble Field Systems segment, which includes Trimble Civil Construction, Geospatial and Surveying industries, provides solutions to increase precision and productivity in construction tasks by empowering stakeholders to collect accurate information and manage conditions with cutting‑edge technology.

In this role, you will be the creative engine behind our digital identity, transforming complex industrial solutions into engaging social stories that resonate with professionals worldwide. You will have the unique opportunity to act as a full‑stack creator and strategic advisor, directly shaping how our brand connects with the global construction and surveying communities.

• Act as a full‑stack creator to produce original, social‑first video, photo, and copy that captures real‑time industry trends.
• Manage and maintain a strategic content calendar across multiple business areas to ensure a consistent, high‑impact posting cadence.
• Reformat internal and external assets to be used on social media.
• Spearhead the influencer and community management program, fostering authentic relationships and managing the daily pulse of our social platforms.
• Analyze performance data and business insights to refine future content strategies and advise stakeholders on creative optimization.

• Demonstrated experience in social media marketing or professional content creation.
• Proven expertise as a full‑stack creator with proficiency in video/photo capture, editing, and professional copywriting.
• Deep platform knowledge of Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, You Tube, and Reddit.
• Strong ability to manage social publishing tools like Sprout Social or Hootsuite and leverage AI tools for workflow optimization.
• A portfolio or links to managed accounts demonstrating successful social campaigns is required.

• Previous experience or knowledge in the construction, surveying, or geospatial industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism.
• Experience providing creative direction that builds upon established corporate brand identities.

• Location: Westminster, CO – Onsite
• Travel Requirement: 25%
