**** Key Exciting Responsibilities
***** Act as a full-stack creator to produce original, social-first video, photo, and copy that captures real-time industry trends.
* Manage and maintain a strategic content calendar across multiple business areas to ensure a consistent, high-impact posting cadence.
* Reformatting internal and external assets to be used on social media.
* Spearhead the influencer and community management program, fostering authentic relationships and managing the daily pulse of our social platforms.
* Analyze performance data and business insights to refine future content strategies and advise stakeholders on creative optimization.
**** Essential Skills & Experience
***** Demonstrated experience in social media marketing or professional content creation.
* Proven expertise as a full-stack creator with proficiency in video/photo capture, editing, and professional copywriting.
* Deep platform knowledge of Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, You Tube, and Reddit.
* Strong ability to manage social publishing tools like Sprout Social or Hootsuite and leverage AI tools for workflow optimization.
* A portfolio or links to managed accounts demonstrating successful social campaigns is required.
