Creative Director

Location: Hybrid – Westminster, Colorado

Reports to: Head of Corporate & Product Marketing

Team: Manages up to 2 designers + external contractors

Employment Type: Full-time

Travel: Limited

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Creative Director to establish and lead a modern, scalable brand and creative practice at Vantor.

This is a builder role. You’ll help evolve our creative vision, scale our visual identity, and architect brand systems that help us achieve our business goals while rolling up your sleeves to help execute on the work.

More specifically, you’ll define how Vantor looks, feels, and shows up in the world. You’ll shape our creative culture and establish the systems that power our next stage of growth. You’ll have real ownership, influence, and opportunity to create something distinctive.

In Your First 3‑6 Months, Success Looks Like
  • Building the foundation of a strong, scalable brand design practice
  • Evolving and systematizing our visual ecosystem to support go-to-market teams
  • Elevating how Vantor shows up creatively across channels
  • Enabling marketing, product, and leadership teams with compelling, differentiated creative

What You’ll Own Brand Strategy & Systems
  • Lead the evolution and stewardship of Vantor’s brand strategy and visual identity
  • Develop scalable brand systems, guidelines, and toolkits that support growth
  • Ensure consistency and quality across every brand touchpoint
Creative Development & Execution Lead Creative Across
  • Website & digital presence
  • Content marketing & thought leadership
  • Product marketing & sales enablement
  • Employer brand
  • Events & trade shows
  • Internal communications
  • Serve as both creative director and hands‑on designer when needed
  • Concept and execute bold, differentiated creative concepts that push beyond the traditional B2B marketing playbook
Team & Operations
  • Manage and mentor up to 2 designers
  • Oversee contractors and creative partners
  • Build efficient creative workflows, intake systems, and prioritization processes
  • Integrate AI tools thoughtfully into creative workflows to drive speed and quality
Cross‑Functional Partnership
  • Collaborate with GTM, Sales, Product, and Leadership teams
  • Translate strategic business priorities into compelling creative concepts
What We’re Looking For
  • 10–15 years of experience, including 5+ years in creative leadership roles
  • Experience in high‑growth technology environments (B2B preferred)
  • Proven track record of building and scaling brand systems
  • Experience balancing strategic vision with hands‑on execution
Capabilities
  • Exceptional graphic design skills
  • Deep understanding of brand architecture and visual systems
  • Strong copy instincts and storytelling ability
  • High‑level creative strategy and campaign development expertise
  • Ability to operate both as a visionary and as a maker
Tools & Technical Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in design platforms (e.g., Figma, Adobe, Canva)
  • Digital asset management (e.g., Media Valet, Wistia, Microsoft)
  • Project management tools (e.g., Asana)
  • Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into creative workflows
