• Ensure patient comfort and provide an exceptional chairside experience
• Properly sterilize and prepare dental instruments
• Conduct initial oral health screenings and review medical histories
• Identify conditions such as gingivitis, caries, and periodontitis
• Perform cleanings, periodontal therapy, fluoride treatments, etc.
• Educate patients of all ages on oral hygiene and home care
• Provide post‑treatment instructions
• Take digital X‑rays and/or impressions
• Collaborate with the dentist on diagnosis and treatment planning
• Maintain accurate patient charts and documentation
• Monitor and maintain hygiene supplies and equipment

• Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist
• Strong understanding of safety and compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
• Proficiency in preparing and maintaining dental equipment
• Outstanding communication and patient‑care skills
• Friendly, patient, team‑oriented personality
• Excellent attention to detail
• Team‑player mindset and positive attitude

• Valid Colorado State Dental Hygiene License
• Local anesthesia training (preferred)
• Laser certification (preferred)
